Each piece is accompanied by an Evermore tag providing encoded care instructions tailored to your garment’s unique fabrics and design. By following these instructions, you’ll help ensure the longevity of your piece.

Each garment includes an Evermore tag, a unique QR code linking to care instructions, resale options, and transparency around the making of your piece. We value impact over volume and partner only with traceable, ethical suppliers.

Absolutely, we encourage it. Thanks to our partnership with Evermore, you can seamlessly resell your garment when you’re ready through their platform.

At Alexis Boone, we value the in-person relationships that enhance each client’s experience and bring every detail to life. Currently, we serve clients within the greater New York and New Jersey area to ensure this level of connection. However, if you’re located outside this region and willing to travel for the final fitting, we would be happy to accommodate you.

Due to the highly customized nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any custom pieces. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns during the design process. In the rare case of a defect in workmanship, please contact us immediately, and we will assess the best solution.

Once your garment is complete, we’ll notify you and arrange for secure delivery, whether that be by Alexis Boone personally or through our trusted delivery driver.
