Shipping & Delivery
Once your garment is complete, we’ll notify you and arrange for secure delivery, whether that be by Alexis Boone personally or through our trusted delivery driver.
*In rare cases for clients outside of the greater New York & New Jersey area, shipping times vary based on your location. While we work with reputable carriers to ensure safe delivery, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping providers. Any customs fees for international shipping will be the client’s responsibility.*
Returns and Refunds
Due to the highly customized nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any custom pieces. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns during the design process. In the rare case of a defect in workmanship, please contact us immediately, and we will assess the best solution.
